Dave Reiss, Vice President of Call Center Solutions
Dave Reiss

 

Dave Reiss has been managing contact centers for over 20 years. He has been a senior leader involved in all aspects of the contact center industry --from multi-site international operations to the marketing of contact center services and technology development. Specific areas of expertise include performance measurement, performance management, business development and innovation.

Dave is a hand’s on manager with real world experience. He has deep experience in both in house and outsourced contact center support. Dave has developed numerous “products” such as performance scorecards and payroll utilization tracking applications that provide immediate value to clients.

Dave began his career with QVC Networks. He then helped establish contact center operations at Honeywell, Archway Marketing Group and Carlson Companies. He most recently has been the senior leader for Time Warner Cable and Young America Corporation. Dave has long-term relationships with dozens of companies such as Medtronic, Visa, Target, British Airways and Merrill Lynch.
